Newly renovated hotel, brilliant rooms, attentive staff. Good food served, absolutely superb breakfast. Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location with free parking if needed and close to an industrial area, surrounding areas, M4 and Cardiff, and Cardiff business park.

The property's location was quiet and perfect, in the pub down the road. Further, it was just next door to certain attactions in the area, the a shopping centre and M4 and South Wales.

Good value budget accommodation. Located in a business park, however there is green to see from the windows & it is not too noisy.

The hotel offers value for money, the bar and restaurant attached to the hotel offer a range of beers, Sky TV - with sports and a vast range of English and indian meals, the sizzling dishes were excellent

The rooms were very clean and well kept. Price was very reasonable. Check in/out and breakfast times felt very open which was refreshing as we didn't feel pushed for time at any point. Bar was friendly
Staff at reception were awkard and not very welcoming. Breakfast was cold. There are never enough pots of milk in the rooms!

Didn't sleep well, noisy hotel guests. Poor cleanliness of room, E.G. there was mould in the shower/bath and marks on the carpet. No sound proofing. Barely enough parking outside for the size of hotel.

The room stank of stale cigarette smoke. The bathroom was in need of a good clean up. There were liquid stains splashed up the bedroom walls and needed a good clean. The telephone was not connected. The staff, when found seemed very distant. The television only had three channels working....wont be returning

hotel was better than expected after reading reviews of other people but after staying there my self feel that it is alot better than reviews say nice size room very friendly staff breakfast very good with a wide choice and very good bar all in all wish all places i stay were to this standard
